Sept 12th Workout – Run #1

Today learned warmup C which can be found here (#2):
http://ccvi-paf40.wikispaces.com/Semester+Training+Plans

Afterwards we went for a big loop of campus, College Ave, the Park and College Heights with some add ons to run for 20min.

Afterwards we learned some of the new hurdle drills we will be doing as part of warmup D which usually will be on Fridays.
